I know how confusing, difficult and lonely grey area drinking can be. It’s the murky land between social drinking and rock bottom. I was stuck there for quite a while. And when I finally decided to ditch the booze, I thought I was condemned to living a life in shades of grey. But to my surprise, once I got far enough away from Day 1 – just 30 days – I realized with dawning excitement that the best was yet to come. And over three years later, I can tell you that sobriety doesn’t get old!

What is Coaching?

In a nutshell, I take a holistic approach where we will cocreate a life you don’t want to escape from. I provide personalized support and guidance according to your unique needs and lifestyle, to help you achieve lasting positive change and get the results you want. Together, we’ll chart a course to your optimum well-being, anchored in sobriety.


In the process we’ll look at the challenges and obstacles that may come up. Over-drinking is often accompanied by feelings of fear and shame, and this is a safe place to explore any emotions that may surface, understand their underlying causes, and find healthier ways to cope. We’ll uncover and dispel patterns or beliefs that are holding you back and may have contributed to your drinking. We’ll look at managing stress and overwhelm, and make sure your nutrition is supporting your journey to a shinier, healthier you.


Finally, I’ll help you create healthy, sustainable and enjoyable habits that will support you not only during this sober transformation, but in your daily life as well. Because this isn’t just about quitting alcohol: this is a holistic approach to mental, physical and emotional well-being. After all, who wants to survive, when we can thrive?!
